Get the inside track on  how to get started in the groups. Whether you are in 'Standards watch' mode or more active, we have a variety of resources here & in our Delegate's Corner.

Tip: The vast majority of 3GPP meetings are F2F, but some do allow virtual participation, in listen mode. If you cannot attend, have a chat about that with the group's secretary (3GPP Group / Officials).

Delegates come to 3GPP via their company's membership of one of the seven 3GPP Organizational Partners. The 'Join a Group' page provides some quick-start ideas for finding the right group.

Tip: One feature may span several groups. Use the Work Plan as well as the Group structure when deciding where to attend.

Joining one of the 3GPP Organizational Partners (OPs) is just the start. The WG and Plenary meetings are held across the Asian, European and North American continents, with some meetings making guest appearances in other important geographies.

Tip: Consider the need to travel and the international aspects of the job from the outset.
