When you click "reserve", 3GU will again allocate a new tdoc number. Note that, in accordance with the 3GPP Working Procedures, it is not permitted to re-use the original tdoc number suffixed with "rev 1" or similar. A revision always requires the allocation of a completely new tdoc number.
