THE 3GPP GROUP STRUCTURE:
The Reports and Specifications that define 3GPP technologies are contribution-driven,
by member companies, in Working Groups and at the Technical Specification Group level.
The Working Groups arrange their schedule to be able to bring the work for approval at the quarterly TSG Plenary
meetings, which take place in March, June, September and December.
