Hi Rishya,
Please find SASKEN comments on the test case
9.4.9:
1. In this test case,
tcv_MM_TestExecution should be set to TRUE at the beginning of the test
case,
to handle any Attach Request from the MS in
NAS_OtherwiseFail test step.
2. At row 19 of the test case test
step ts_NAS_Delay is called where timer t_Dly is started.
As per 34.123-1 during this time "no
messages should be received from the UE"
However if a faulty UE tries to camp to Cell B,
then UE will send RRC Connection Request.
This will not get captured in default test step
NAS_OtherwiseFail as there is no checking for data on the TM SAP.
Thus the RRC Connection Request from the UE will
not get captured and the test case execution may get struck.
Also no fail verdict will be assigned.

The test case passed on our 3G SS
with the Nokia 7600 with Integrity
enabled and Ciphering
disabled.
Please note the approval
deadline for this test case should be 05/03/04 (4
weeks).
