Here TM?OTHERWISE [ tcv_TestBody = FALSE ] is added
in the NAS_OtherwiseFail
ts_NAS_Delay test step will called when
tcv_TestBody is set to TRUE.
Thus we believe we should check against the
condition [ tcv_TestBody = TRUE ]
Also in NAS_OtherwiseFail we feel final
FAIL verdict should be given instead of a preliminary inconclusive
verdict (I),
in case of reception of any message on TM
SAP.

The test
case passed on our 3G SS with the Nokia 7600 & Qualcomm TM6200
UE
with
Integrity enabled and Ciphering disabled.
Please note
that the previous CR TDOC numbers have now been withdrawn &
replaced
with these new ones as shown below.
