Nokia replied that SA2's activity was a feasibility study and this was a normative work item based on a study from another group. Nokia would prefer to see a study instead. On the GSMA activity, they have some work already and there is some activity ongoing in the form of LS, so no need for a WID for this. They also commented that informative work to keep track of what was done in SA2 and SDOs was alright for them, but a normative WID would be overkill for SA5. Ericsson agreed and noted that the objectives were written as "potential" which was study language anyway. Intel supported Nokia and Ericsson as well.
