Kai-Erik's CR checker tool:

1. copy cr_checker_v001.exe into your Docs folder which has all zipped Tdocs

2. copy a 3GU-style tdoc list with filename TDoc_List_Meeting.xlsx in the Docs folder

3. open a cmd window and start cr_checker_v001.exe
   (alternatively you can create a little batch file CR.bat with the command
    cr_checker_v001.exe > scanned.txt
    and you just start CR.bat)

4. The tool will check the Tdoc list for Tdocs of type CR,
   it will analyze those zipped CRs and collect the problems in cr_checker.csv
   In the cmd window (or if you use the batch file in scanned.txt) you see all the CRs
   that the tool scanned. In cr_checker.csv you see only the CRs that have problems.
