There was no reference version for Rel-19 in this meeting. Therefore CR cover sheets indicate that they were based on the latest reference version for Rel-18, i.e. 18.6.0. In practice though, some CRs wera approved for Rel18 too. So the process was:
- all approved Rel-18 CRs were implemented on top of v18.6.0 -> that became v18.7.0 (23273-i70, attached). Rel-18 are not attached.
- all approved Rel-19 CRs were implemented on top of v18.7.0 -> that became v19.0.0 (23273-j00, attached)
