--> I have introduced clause 6.22 instead - to be updated if and when other clauses are added under 6.22.
--> R1: Changed to clause 5.18.1 to align with CR0543r3 - Need a clause 5.18.2 at some time, to remove 'hanging paragraph' 5.18.
